FINALLY!!

Okay, Okay, Okay, I know I am a little late for putting up the Halloween pictures but my camera was not cooperating. Arent they Adorable though!(Jack was a little pictured out in the family one) Just for clarification, Asher was a Kaola and Jack was Dr Shepard from Greys. It was SOO cute. When people would say "Oh, what a cute Dr!" He would say, "I'm Dr Mc Dweemy from Gweys Anatomy" Thats My Boy!!!! :) Anyway, They had a great time, or Jack did anyway but I am sure that Asher enjoyed his stroller ride.
Oh, Speaking of Greys Anatomy, I just cant get enough of that show!! LOVE IT!!!

The boys look cute. Jacks looks good in the doctor roll start saving now so when he goes to Duke to become a doctor it will cost you about $250,000 a year for about 8 to 10 years. But at least he will look good doing it.

He is going to get a scholership for at least the first 4 years and then I thought he could pay for the rest with his looks. :) Do remember when people used to say that? "What are you gonna pay for that with, your good looks?" Chuckle, Chuckle!

Sara, that is the fattest koala I've ever seen in my life.

Love,
Wu

P.S. Kids should pay for their own college. I know I did.

FU!! Where have you been? I missed you! Everyday checking in and nothing!

The boys are adorable of course. Oh my Gawd Asher is such a cutey!
Let's catch up soon! I am looking at dates in early 2007 to come visit. Man, life is crazy!

ok so jack can go to med school to be a doctor...what can asher do to make a living with his koala skills?!

Sarafu said...

Yes, I know I have been MIA for a while. I will try to keep up better but I wont make any promises. :) I cant wait until you can get over here Kendrah!
Hmmm...Maybe Asher could be a koala in a new award winning musical about....ummmmm.......about Koalas. Or maybe something else. :)
Ok, About paying for your own college, I think kids should contribute but I think we as parents should help. My husband and I have differing opinions on this but I think that if we are able then we should help as much as we can BUT I think it really also depends on each individual child. SOme kids can work and go to school no problem and others I think its too much pressure for. Again, I think its really on a case by case basis. Anyway, that was WAY off topic!

I have no problem helping out with my childs education, as long as it doesn't interfere with my own, personal wants and desires.

John and I had a very heated discussion about this topic of paying for college. We decided to table it for now. We have a little time before we have to make that decision...he...he... But, my opinion is that kids need to contribute something. I would love to help, but I know a lot of kids that go to college, go crazy and flunk out, because they take it for granted. If you have something invested into it, maybe you will be more serious about it. But, there are grants, scholarships, part-time jobs, tuition assistance, among other things to help bridge the gap. The last thing I want is for my kids to have college loans and start their financial life off (in the hole) like we did. It was just sooo hard. I know this is off topic, but I had to comment.

Proud Auntie E moment....the boys are adorable. Little Asher is the chubbiest Koala I've ever seen and the cutest. Maybe he'll be the next Steve Irwin of the Koala kingdom!!! Jack looks like his face is thinning out. So cute!

ok so we compile all those topics into this: asher becomes the first ever steve irwin-esque koala wearing baby on broadway (THAT would make his mama happy!) and is so adorable at it he makes enough money to pay for college for him AND big brother jack AND buy toys for daddy daniel. cover it all?!

Sarafu said...

PERFECT! Especially the Broadway part! lol!

Daniel, I'm new to this blog but I find it very interesting that your response is not a very Christian like response. I thought as Christians we would take care of others ahead of our own selfish needs. I don't think that this would be something anyone would ever even want to joke about. I'm so upset I'll see you at Church and we can talk about how hurt I am.

Uh oh, we've offended conservative! :)

Annette said...

Drell used to always say...some people need to be offended! I think you would need to know Daniel's heart for his kids before you start judging some random comment he made on his wife's blog! Back down "conservative" keep your offenses to yourself. Daniel would run through fire for his kids!

Daniel said...

Okay, WHO ARE YOU? I REALLY hope this was a joke, and that there was nothing serious in what you wrote. And you never said who you are!? Please let ALL of us know who you are....joke, or no joke.

Annette said...

yeah...pretty big accusations to say to someone and not even be willing to say who you are! I hope it was a joke.

Sarafu said...

WOW! Annette you Rock!
Hey COnservative, I am not sure if you are joking but just for the record, if you know my husband at all you would know that he was totally kidding. Are you for real? lol

Elizabeth F. said...

wow! lots of heated debate...all over some cute Halloween pics!

Daniel said...

Well, actually, the debate is not so much over the pictures as it is at the nerve of what "convervative and proud" had to say to me....and then not even say who they are.
Unreal. Again, I sincerley hope it was a joke, or we will have major issues when I find out who you are.....questioning my love and devotion to my children, not to mention my Christian values.

John F. said...

Come on you know you could care less about your kids I have seen how you treat them locking them in the closet and all! and VALUES HA you make me laugh. little man

Elizabeth F. said...

Daniel,
you know John was joking right? We don't need anymore problems on here John! Watch it!

I personally think that whoever Conservative and Proud is, they will probably never come back and comment on your blog after the thrashing they got! It sounded like they were joking and not really from your church.

In Daniel's defense, not everybody gets his sense of humor. I can never tell when he's joking or not. And he totally loves his kids. He'd probably start up another side business to put his kid's through college. ha ha!

let's do the math: how many soda machines would one have to sell in order to put one gray's anatomy cutie through med schoool? add to that another round of vending machines to put the baby through koala school...sounds like some freaky story problem from fourth grade math:)

Daniel said...

Depends....Can machines, or bottle machines?

Anonymous said...

Daniel, don't worry. Some jackhole came on my blog a few years back claiming to know me, too. People can be such asses.

By the way, Sara, you can get something on your blog that counts your visitors, and logs them by IP address. With a little creativity, you can find out who it is that leaves crappy comments on your blog.

Anonymous said...

except those of us who are friends who leave you crappy comments anyway... :)

Unless you go sit in Daniels driveway with your laptop and use his wi-fi so it looks like he is leaving his own Jacked up post. of course I would never have done that kind of thing.

Wow, I don't check your blog for a day and come back and you have 26 comments, including some crazy person who wanted to attack your husband? Good grief!

"McDweamy" is too too cute. My husband and I laughed that when we saw that Jack was not just a regular old doctor. I should have known.

Rachel has her 2 wk appointment today. She's changed so much since she was born! I can't wait to see what she weighs. Talk to you soon!
